Cognitive: Song/stories/nursery rhymes, talks about at least 1 thing done that day, predict well known story, knows colors of items, avoids danger

Communication: Talks smoothly, other people can understand most of what they say

Dressing/Toileting: Buckles, zippers, lace shoes (help tying), belt in loops

Feeding: Serve food/pour liquids with supervision

Fine motor: Displays hand dominance, holds pen in thumb/finger (not fist), draw square, draw diagonals, draws person with 3 or more body parts, color inside lines

Gross motor: Hop on one foot, walk down stairs with alternating feet

Social/Emotional: Asks to play with friends (has preferred friend), comforts others, imaginative play, likes to be a helper

Visual: Follow left to right and top to bottom, names pictures as same or different
