Cognitive: Puts things in mouth, reaches for toys, reacts to toys that make sound
Communication: Turns head toward voice, take turns making sounds, sticks tongue out/blows/bubbles (blows raspberries), squealing noises, vocalizes during play
Feeding: Opens mouth for breast/bottle when hungry, closes lips when done eating, bite and release, brings hands to breast/bottle and pats, opens mouth for spoon
Milk/formula, infant cereal mixed with milk/formula, baby food (puree)
Fine motor: Holds a toy, raking grasp, attempt to hold bottle
Gross motor: Holds head steady, push up on elbows/forearms on tummy, brings hands to mouth, swings at toys, brings toys to midline, roll over, sit unsupported using hands to lean on (tripod)
Social/Emotional: Smiles for attention, giggles/laughs, knows familiar people, likes looking in mirror
Visual: Looks at hands, tracks objects, looks for toy after dropping it
